I am a leading principal in the Litigation Department of Clintons, a full service law firm with special expertise in the entertainment, media and sports industries.I have specialised in commercial, business and entertainment litigation and alternative dispute resolution for more than 40 years, both in the UK and the US. Before joining Clintons in 1999, I practised as a barrister in England (from 1980) and as an attorney in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California (1990-98).I have considerable and wide-ranging experience as an advocate. As well as handling complex litigation and entertainment and commercial and intellectual property disputes, I have extensive experience of alternative dispute resolution (domestic and international) including arbitration and mediation. I regularly handle Film & TV, entertainment, corporate, shareholder and partnership disputes, often involving acrimonious high level terminations/dissolutions and confidentiality issues, as well as contract, property, construction, employment and IP disputes.
