Duties include overseeing the day-to-day care and supervision of 16 at-risk youth who are privately placed. The purpose and goal of WCA is to demonstrate Godly moral character, model high personal values and standards while demonstrating the love and teachings of Jesus Christ in a therapeutic environment. This ministry allows me to show forth my commitment to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and also making a positive contribution to the young people of this generation. Leading daily group therapy session, one-on-one sessions and family therapy sessions were also a very large part of my daily duties. WCA's main ministry goal is to provide healing, restoration, and hope for lasting positive change for teenagers who are in need of emotional growth and therapy.

Served as a Residential Youth Care Specialists: I oversaw the daily care of several youth assigned to our care while managing the entire cottage. I cared for and ministered to 8-10 high school and middle-school age residents. I was responsible for monitoring, facilitating and managing all the aspects of their daily cottage life and assist the residents with the adjustment to group living without weakening their ties to their natural families or guardians.

Served as a full-time paraprofessional/direct service provider and live-in residential counselor for a non-profit Christian-based agency that supports and advocates on behalf of people who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. Duties included counseling and daily care/assistance of six adult individuals who have mild to moderate DD/MR. The position's goal was to promote community inclusion, independence and growth for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential, employment and cultural enrichment opportunities, all within a Christian atmosphere.
