As the U.S. Wealth Business Integration Lead, I was accountable for BMO’s expansion strategy across much of the U.S. and was selected to lead our integration with the Bank of the West. In my previous roles, I’ve run Wealth Management, Consumer and Commercial businesses at BMO. These progressive roles have allowed me to leverage strategic thinking, develop business acumen, build a proven track record of sales performance, and create success with team-building. My most recent mandate was to drive growth, expand our regional footprint, and deliver value to clients through high-touch services. Leading by example is very important, I’ve been a brand ambassador for BMO. I actively participated in my community through board service, as a subject matter expert for the media, by regular interaction with existing and prospective clients; and through networking with circles of influence and industry organizations.
