I have worked professionally in sport/rugby coaching and education my whole career. Having started out as a Community Rugby Coach at the RFU, I moved to Hong Kong to join Hong Kong China Rugby. In that time I have become a World Rugby Educator and Trainer, and am currently working towards becoming a World Rugby Master Trainer. This has provided me extensive experience of coaching, educating, training and leading programmes to large and diverse groups.I how have my own company that focuses on coaching young athletes and provides consultancy to schools, clubs and businesses. I am also a lecturer for HKUSpace.
