• As a member of the Global Communications team, I manage the company’s Brand Intellectual Property Program and provide key communications support to the wider team ensuring the consistency and integrity of the AECOM.
• Drive the development and execution of the strategic marketing communications plan for the AECOM brand globally. This included working closely with the global business lines to maintain a cohesive, company-wide.
• Coordinated the implementation of this program with global treasury, finance and international tax departments based in Dublin, New York and Los Angeles. Present overview and financial results at quarterly board.
• Deliver an integrated global communications strategy and provide guidance/direction to senior business leaders to build effective engagement programmes. Primarily around rebrand and merger/acquisition activity.
• Ensure all communications adhered to strict NYSE regulations and associated Investor Relations communications.
• Ensure the brand-centric approach and brand values were instilled in everything we do as we positioned for the future.

Ireland

As Marketing Manager for Sisk, I developed and lead the annual marketing and brand plan for Ireland, Eastern Europe and Middle East including all forms of advertising to meet established business goals. I also managed the creation of all online and offline MarComms collateral for the company, and helped launch a new brand identity for Sisk 150th.

The RPA is a multi-billion Euro agency responsible for the planning and delivery of the Luas and Metro systems and the Integrated Ticketing System for Greater Dublin Area.Here I was responsible for the planning and development of the light rail and underground metro transport networks for Dublin and was responsible for directing the agency’s stakeholder.
