My role in this company is both level 1 & 2 technical support for all services provided. From logging the initial issue which involves extracting relevant information from the client, to diagnosing issues and providing/implementing solutions as required. At times, I am required to liaise with third party vendors to get a resolution for our clients. My duties include the following:• IT Support o Windows server administration including user management, Group policy management, server backups and running Virtual servers via Hyper-V and Active Directory Toolso Network Management, from broadband service through to end user, including office & retail users & remote users. o Microsoft 365 Apps user support and back-end administration. E.g., Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, etc. o Azure Active Directory and Virtual machine management, including supporting migration to cloud serviceso Windows Virtual Desktop setup and administration.o Hardware setup, troubleshooting, maintenance & data recoveryo Data Backup and encryptiono Remote Device management via RMM services as well in InTune • Managed Wifi services (Public Wifi)o Setting up network devices with relevant VLans as per customers’ requirementso Design and configure network. Install and maintain Network equipment, including routers, firewalls, switches and access points, ensuring adequate coverage of wireless networks. o Creating permanent/ad-hoc networks as required, in locations such as Tourist destinations, student accommodations, etc.• Cloud VoIPo Configure phone units either physical or virtual for user.o Creating full call flows and phone systems as per customers’ requirements via the Monster UI PBX system.o Train users on full functionality of phone service Show less

I am first point of contact for customers queries. I am responsible for logging and resolving these queries. I am responsible for the installations and/or upgrading of hardware and retail software for new customers and ensure these customers specific requirements are met throughout this process
