Part of a design team preparing the Draft Planning Scheme for Monard SDZ. Working efficiently and with considerable creativity on a variety of drawings which were used in the interim “Framework Plan” document published in July 2011, and in the published Monard Planning Scheme as adopted by Cork County Council in October 2012.

Exposed to a wide variety of design projects largely consisting of residential and educational work and competition entries. Increasingly a point of contact for clients, advising, assisting and maximizing design to enrich client’s brief. Developed extensive knowledge about tender packages, 3D modeling and rendering and such invaluable skills in interpreting client’s briefs, preparation of detailing, architectural computer drawings and surveying. Importantly gaining an insight into the managing of an architectural practice.
