I am a co-founder and Vice President of Client Relationships at Kismet PEO, LLC, serving small to medium-sized businesses across the country. Prior to joining Kismet PEO, I was the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Synergy Comp, and Director of Business Development for Gilbert's Risk Solutions, all three of these entities under common ownership, operating at 30 East State Street, Sharon, Pennsylvania. I attended Davis & Elkins College on full scholarship in Theater Arts, and California University of Pennsylvania in Business Management.Prior to beginning my journey at 30 East State Street, I was the Vice President of Operations at Oxford Solutions, Inc., a Professional Staffing Firm, where I was instrumental in growing the company from $6m in annual sales, to $23m in annual sales over an 11-year period - beginning at Oxford as Recruitment Manager, Senior Business Development Representative, and Director of the Engineering Services Division during my career.My experience as a Professional Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Expert began in 1995 with Mastech Corporation (and subsidiaries) before becoming a founder in Plan4Demand Solutions, Inc., as Director of Recruiting and Senior Business Development Executive.During my career I have won several performance awards to include 'Recruiter of the Quarter' on 5 separate occasions, 'Recruiter of the Year', 'Salesperson of the Quarter' twice, and 'Employee of the Year'. I am presently a licensed Producer in the State of Pennsylvania for both the Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health lines of insurance.Not only am I completely passionate about the PEO Industry, and truly believe it is the very best strategy for new and growing businesses, but for my entire life I have been a creator of original music as a guitar player, songwriter, and singer. I wrote my first set of lyrics when I was 6 years old, and began playing guitar at age 8 and remain active as a songwriter and recording artist to this day.My newest-found passion is Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which I enjoy very much, where I am learning to master my mind, spirit and physical body. I am an avid reader and believer in continuous improvement and self-development, I strive to learn as many things as possible every day, and am committed to serving others in any capacity that is helpful.I am married to my beautiful and talented wife, Cynthia Jewel Kelleher, and between us, we have 6 children and 5 grandchildren.
