Corporate Controller Led financial operations for the largest agriculture and industrial chemical supplier in the state of Hawaii. Verified all accounting records, data, and details are aligned with organizational mission and financial outcomes.  Streamlined financial processes and introduced process improvements that enhanced productivity. Led $80M in total accounting operations and manage multi-disciplinary departments.  Created a supervisory training program to elevate the performance of staff members. Responsible for the accurate and complete financial reporting to all stake holders, compiled and presented budgets, completed ongoing forecast revisions, external environmental research to measure potential impact on operations/revenues, product turnover and inventory utilization, adjustments to manufacturing product costing. Oversaw HR, developed a supervisory training program to highlight specific topics(setting expectation, Delegation, Leadership...) periodically.

Corporate Controller Managed 28 hotel and resort properties throughout six Hawaiian Islands and Guam. Led and trained personnel, located and hired new talent, performed reviews, and built relationships with team members for effective operations.  Reviewed the internal accounting system, policies, and procedures for compliance with local, federal, and state compliance. Remedied variances and quickly resolved any discrepancies.  Evaluated past financial operations, estimated future revenues, and enhanced financial positioning of the business.

 Oversaw all accounting and financial operations for a residential and therapeutic adolescent non-profit organization.  Created standard operating procedures, maintained accurate financial records, and developed process improvements as-needed.  Developed financial budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projects for administration, clinical operations, and programs. Drafted budgets and reports, reviewed contracts, and verified invoicing was accurate and timely for clients.
