Proficient in identifying parts of, retuning and testing 800 MHz radio systems.•Responsible for negotiating 800 MHz Frequency Reconfiguration Agreements (contracts) pursuant to the FCC’s Order and Transition Administrator’s guidelines. Successfully negotiated contracts and multiple contract amendments with 197 licensees.•Managed implementation for 88 projects after volunteering to assist as a project manager.•Use of a transactional database on a daily basis to keep track of all aspects of contract negotiations and implementation.•Identify frequencies, via regulatory knowledge, research and engineering software, to exchange with 800 MHz incumbent licensees.
