I am a firm believer that people build brands and brands build business. At IBM I’m privileged to be the global HR leader for IBM Consulting, the professional services arm of IBM. I shape the People Strategy for circa 165,000 professionals across digital strategy, interactive design, management and strategy consulting, cognitive process services, systems integration and cloud applications who apply advanced technology and help clients design, build and run businesses. In this role i am responsible for attracting, guiding and retaining the talent we need to build a smarter planet. My reward comes from helping employees stay relevant and stay ahead of the changes happening around us.For the past 25 years I have worked with organisations committed to helping people achieve their best at work. As an HR Professional, my job has been to marry brand, technology and the power of people, to create great places to work and compelling offers for clients.
