Coordinating and planning D365 Implementations for the company. Working with the business to minimize risks during go live. Planning and organizing training. Responsible for implementing D365 F & O to five companies. I lead an analyst team that implemented full scale application. The team I lead consisted of 8 to 10 Business Systems Analyst. We were responsible for site assessments, gap fit analysis, configurations, solution modeling, assisting with training, assisting with data migration and go live support. My team managed the support after going live. My team worked with the product team that helped analyze future Microsoft updates as they became available. I worked with consulting teams that helped with development as well as implementation.Soley responsible for doing the site assessments for configuring the system. I would take a team with me depending on the size of the location, 3 to 5 folks to assess the supply chain side of the business.Worked with the data migration team to validate and sign off data that is loaded for the implementation site. I would manage the analyst team to get the validate the data for the new sites.I was a part of the leadership team (director of ERP’s, Product Manager, Project Manager, Development Manager, and myself) that met weekly to set our strategic plan for the application. We would talk about development, iteration plan release cycles, set scope of enhancements, talk through potential ISV solutions for integration with D365 and project planning.Managed calls with developers and analyst to solution features within D365. We always worked to configure first and enhance secondarily.

Successfully led a sales group of sixteen inside and five outside salespeople. I was also responsible for operations in the plant. I worked with the leadership team in the plant to successfully ship 40 plus trucks per night.I have made suggestions to improve the sales process, by improving entry time and profit visibility for the users. Built strong relationships with customers, vendors as well as the employees that I was responsible for. Analyzed and worked with sales team to implement and utilize pricing matrix to maximize profit on each order.

Implemented the Siskin ERP system in a new company that was acquired by Siskin. I was the sole trainer and implementor. I worked with the Development team at Siskin to accommodate requirements from the business prior to implementation.Led sales training for all divisions to help show ways of maximizing marginsAnalyzed and share Activity based customer profit and loss reports and worked with sales teams to start making money on customers who we weren'tWorked with end users to relieve pain point within the ERP.
