I'm absolutely delighted to be joining the team at Howden's Rural, having spent the last 13 years in the Rural Insurance Industry, working closely in the local communities in Mid Wales as a trusted advisor for my farming and estates insurance clients. Over the years, I’ve taken the time to understand my clients insurance needs and then making sure that the client has all the right information to be able to make an informed decision on the level of cover they require. I throughly enjoy building strong working relationships with my clients and being available when they need queries answered about their insurance polices or to make a claim. Being present throughout the whole process is extremely important me. Having worked closely with both Defra Rural Payments Agency and Welsh Government’s RPW Online, I have good understanding of pressure and the stresses on the current farming and estates communities”.
