I was the client’s principal point of contact in Scotland and lead all activities (both operationally and from a procurement perspective) to mobilise the new contract including; holding meetings with staff in relation to TUPE; liaising closely with the client to ensure any concerns were effectively dealt with. • I ran a number of sourcing events to appoint sub-contractors to deliver elements of the service (after identifying in-house skill gaps that would have prevented self-delivery of the contract).4th Placement: Business Change & Improvement Manager (London) - Camden & Islington NHS Trust, FM contract. • Accountable for improving domestic service delivery; used a number of six sigma and other tools e.g. “day in the life shadowing”, process mapping, etc. Identified a number of delivery failures in key service areas and implemented corrective actions. This role had a strong focus on stakeholder management to obtain customer buy in to the proposed corrective actions.
