Started my own company, initially as a self employed LGV driver working through agencies. Having completed my Driver CPC, I teamed up with John Poulton Training Services, and have completed various training and Driver CPC courses nationwide. Also completed audit work on behalf of the FTA, Fleet Source and TfL, auditing organisations for FORS accreditation, which includes writing a report and creating an action plan if required. I also work on behalf of the FTA, completing Earned Recognition audits on behalf of the DVSA, Operator Licence audits, Truck Excellence audits, Van Excellence audits and Driver Agency Excellence audits, which includes writing a detailed report and action plan as required. Also, now an Associate Trainer for the FTA in January 2016, delivering various Driver CPC courses, Emergency First Aid at Work, OLAT, CPC Refresher, Compliance Courses and Transport Manager CPC to City And Guilds Standard. External Transport Manager for a local company running 5 vehicles, managing their Transport Compliance to DVSA requirements.
