Associate HR Consultant/ Regional Recruiter- Handling mainly East and West African Countries.Excel Wise Consultants Limited · Part-time • o Talent Acquisition:I have supported Non- governmental organizations, Corporate organizations and Tech Companies on talent management matters as follows:• Source and attract talent C-level positions in East and West Africa namely as Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana on behalf of our clients.• Act as a strategic advisor in recruitment related Matters• Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure its implementation.• Developing recruitment policies and procedures and hiring handbook.• Prepare recruitment plans covering all aspects of the recruitment, selection and induction of all assigned positions as instructed by the clients.• Support the clients’ in employer branding initiatives.• Ensuring recruitment compliance based on various jurisdictions.• Offer Advisory services on Inclusion and diversity.• Ensure timely filling of roles based on clients’ needs.
