I graduated from Sydney University in 1987 with a First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and a desire to develop property. I joined Jones Lang Wootton (Sydney) in 1988 and proceeded to work in various commercial agencies in Sydney then Brisbane until 1993. In 2000 I set up Crown Property Group Pty Ltd and ran my own commercial agency while undertaking a series of Property Development Projects in South East Queensland.Having developed Retail, Industrial and Residential Projects over the last 20 years, I established King Corporation Australia Pty Ltd as our core brand which encompasses the range of businesses we operate. Property Development is our core business activity and we provide Real Estate Agency Services (CPG), Development Management Consultancy Services (Malrex Developments) and Civil Engineering Consultancy Services (CPS) Crown Project Services.Currently we have 4 Residential Projects being delivered in the Moreton Shire in what can only be described as an historically strong real estate market.
