I am Ireland based, working within the London Early Talent Recruitment team. Within my role i am responsible for the Onboarding and New Joiner Experience for hundreds of Analyst joiners to the Analyst Consulting Group across London/Newcastle/Manchester & Edinburgh and the Technology Analyst Group for London. One of my main focuses is to ensure a top class new joiner experience is delivered to each individual. My role also includes managing two direct reports, working with our Application and Assessment vendors through the planning & implementation stages to ensure we deliver an innovative, market leading and inclusive application and assessment solution throughout our candidate journey.

I am currently assisting the team lead in managing a team of circa 10 Screeners & Schedulers and 1 Exit Interview Process Coordinator in support of the Accenture UKI recruitment process for graduate, experienced hire candidates and employees.• Interviewing potential new joiners to our team and conducting training sessions once we hire.• Excellent Stakeholder management skills.• Created a best practice training document for screening applications.• Create ad hoc reports on a weekly basis.• Assisting the UK team with planning for each recruiting year so we continue to improve processes and candidate experience.• Implemented two brand new processes in support of the 2nd round interview process.Day to Day:• Screen Applications for the UK Graduate Programme for Consulting.• Coordinate Digital interviews as part of the first round interview process.• Coordinate Assessment Centre’s within our London offices on a weekly basis ensuring that all the finer details are on point to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
