Woodside Approved P/A.Operational control of carry over works activities including client relationships, supervisors and site labour; subcontractors, materials and plant task man-hour tracking; costing resolutions, safety and industrial relations in order to achieve on site contract performance.Interface between supervisors to ensure manpower and equipment resources are being allocated appropriately and meet requests for specialist resources.Direct liaison with Execution Manager to ensure manpower and equipment resources are available. Understand the entire scope of the carry over workflows, including the critical path activities and any potential problem areas. Liaise with the Execution Manager when man-hour estimates on additional work requests forms are in dispute. Ensure pre-start job meetings and toolbox talks are completed.Directly supervise the Supervisors (mechanical, welding, rigging, scaffolding, surface treatment and subcontractors) to ensure that delays from these services are minimised and to resolve priority conflicts between requests. Check man-hours are booked to correct activities.Liaise with Q/A and Welding Coordinator to ensure work is performed in accordance with the project QS&E Management Plan and client specifications.Act on any non-conformance that appear in the designated area and assign corrective action. Recommend changes for improving safety performance, reducing costs and increasing productivity.Ensure the highest standard of accident prevention measures are maintained at all times and environmental policy is followed.

Develop and maintain superior customer relations with all Alcoa business units.Work in close consultation with area planners, Alcoa Supervisors and Engineers to effectively ensure production maintenance targets are achieved. Develop, maintain and review the effectiveness and suitability in consultation with the Operations Manager of the following: project quality and safety plans, technical procedures TPs, work method statements and inspection and test plans. Ensure Site Supervisory Team personnel are given sufficient instruction, direction and assistance to ensure that all activities are completed in accordance to the time, budget, safety and quality targets set by Alcoa. Drive the Site Supervisory Team members to ensure that all operational activities are implemented and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to successfully complete tasks.Manage the employees in accordance with DEE Human Relations Management procedures and the relevant Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
