As the EHS Specialist at TWC I am responsible for ensuring compliance with local,state and federal guidelines such as OSHA, TXDOT, NIOSH, etc. for the 1700+ employees and over 10 facilities in San Antonio, New Braunsfels, Seguin, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Uvalde, and Pearsall. I work with our claims department in investigating and resolving vehicle incident, workers Comp and damage claims. I also work with TWC legal on resolving lawsuits and small court claims. I am certfied as a CPR, First Aid, and AED instructor throuh the National Safety Council. I am currently pursuing my COSHO certification through the Texas A&M extention services.

As the Technical Training Manager for TWC i was responsible for the development and distribution of technical training materials for new hire technicians, new product launches and advance technician training. I managed eight technical trainers who were stationed from Austin to the Rio Grande Valley. I worked with local leaders on scheduling training classes to meet their training needs and ensure their workforce had the proper training and tools to succesfully complete their job duties.
