Responsibilities include supervision of the development of construction documents for installations on site at Intel’s Technology Development fabs in Hillsboro, Oregon. Responsible for leading the team and guiding the mechanical design’s technical content to meet the customer’s expectations and performance requirements for installations of cutting-edge semiconductor tools. By integrating input from the owner and the trades, the team produced accurate drawings that provide clear direction for the craftsmen in the field. I chaired the weekly mechanical design workgroup using PowerPoint to align the team with process changes for continuous improvement and review of current design guidelines. I ran a remote site as Project Manager and provided technical direction, performance reviews, and project status reports.

Directed mechanical content for installation designs at Intel’s Technology Development fabs in Hillsboro, Oregon. Managed schedule and budget, reviewed designs with the client. Developed process capacity evaluations in Excel for manufacturing capacity additions. Provided commissioning services on site at Infineon, in Richmond, Virginia. Performed HVAC design for Intel Micron Flash Technologies at Lehi, Utah. Used Microsoft Office.

Performed tool install design on site at Intel’s D1B wafer fab using AutoCAD, Excel and Outlook and FabManager database management software. Designed HVAC for schools and banks using CHVAC.

Started doing plant layout and tool install design using AutoCAD, then became Mechanical Designer for tool installation at Intel's cutting-edge 300mm D1C wafer fab.

Used AutoCAD to develop the layout in Intel's cutting-edge 200mm wafer fab.
