By integrating input from the owner and the trades, the team produced accurate drawings that provide clear direction for the craftsmen in the field. I chaired the weekly mechanical design workgroup using PowerPoint to align the team with process changes for continuous improvement and review of current design guidelines. I ran a remote site as Project Manager and provided technical direction, performance reviews, and project status reports.
