My recent experience I started my role at Colonial Penn Life Insurance as a Life and Health Insurance Agent five years ago. I have also successfully trained many other agents in Medicare health insurance sales, focusing on a curriculum I created, on the art of "plan comparison." I am licensed in 49 states, and have been appointed by 6 of the largest Medicare health insurers. I am known for my tenacious work ethic, and for empathetic rapport with my clients, co-workers and managers.I previously worked at Corporate Call Center in Blue Bell PA, later known as Results, a sub-contractor for Humana, as a Medicare health insurance sales agent during AEP for 4 years, and during other parts of the year as a Medicare customer service rep. In my third year there, I worked with a senior manager (on my initiative) to design and implement a special training program in the midst of AEP, to upgrade the skills of several hundred agents in "plan comparison." Elements of this training program were picked up and used for training agents nationally for AEP the following year.
