In my Executive Sales Director roles over the last 20 years, I have enjoyed working alongside innovative business leaders in Green Energy Innovation, Research Marketing companies, Investment Real estate developments, Financial services industries and Human Resource Management. My aim is to assist people to revise their relationship with themselves and with their intentions for experiencing enduring happiness. I see my role as contributing to increased choice leading to more fulfilling lives. That is a big part of my investment strategy for my clients. I have enjoyed close personal working relationships with some of the world's most unique, innovative and caring individuals, operating very profitable companies across the globe. Participation has its bonus', so partnering with Bill Bartmann, who was nominated for the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize, was ranked on Forbes 400 List as 25 wealthiest man in America and was invited to the White House Xmas party in 2014 & 2015 by President Obama, gave me unique insights with regard to sales, business and people management. What surprised me was Bill's endorsement of me (see Video below, which I truly cherish). Similarly partnering with Archie Man (Founder Marketing Research House MDR in Hong Kong) whose clients include Hutchinson Whampoa Limited, Campbell Soups & Gillette allowed me to understand the international Asian market. As State Manager of Salmat Direct Marketing (1980's) as they pioneered the catalogue mail delivery system into a multi-million $$ marketing giant across Australia really taught me the balance needed in sales and management. The key to the success with all these companies was their ability; to have a Short refractory period when failure occurred, maintain personal Integrity, Direction, Focus and elevate their energy across all management, staff, customers and family no matter what the barriers were ahead.
