In 2016 I formed a consultancy to facilitate provision of ad-hoc project management support to Oil & Gas Operators (and contractors) during any lifecycle phase including both management and input to concept/methodology development, engineering, installation and/or decommissioning/removal/disposal. The impetus to start SK Marine was to provide independent studies to operators (short term or long term) that are not biased towards contractor’s inhouse vessels, equipment spreads or specialties. In 2023 my services expanded to include transport and installation activities associated with Offshore Wind Farms due to similarities with the Oil & Gas Industry.
