I am currently a Design Engineer with ABT Metals. Here I design and create manufacturing drawings for a variety of parts ranging from drainage system rails and components, to large quantity stamped parts, to sporting equipment including football, rugby and soccer goals. I am involved through out the entire process from the design and initial quotes, to designing fixtures and fabricating components and even quality control. Here I have also been involved in maintaining the safety procedures for the manufacturing department and have training and experience programing and operating a robotic welder used for some special labor intensive parts.

At ARC I performed efficiency and durability tests on automotive drive trains. We primarily tested transmissions and final drive gears in NASCAR and Indy Car series. I worked with motorsports racing engineers to determine test procedures, and also helped maintain the testing equipment. I was the primary operator for the hydraulically controlled testing rig and collected data including temperature readings, power and torque readings, and vibrations for multiple race team in both racing series.

Since January of 2007, I have been responsible for overseeing the inventory team every weekend with no management supervision from the operations department.Communicate and dispute problems that arise during the weekend from the Sales, Service, Purchasing, and Business office teams. Including making vehicles saleable, answering questions on the cosmetic standards, and fixing cosmetic and mechanical defects.Responsible for customer service, inventory quality control, and developing new associates.Creating, teaching, and maintaining standardized work for most inventory process including Cosmetic Inspection, Receiving, and Final Quality Control process.Performing observations on associates to help maintain consistent and structured daily procedures.

Inventory is responsible for a wide verity of duties including, cleaning the vehicles being sold for the final presentation to the customer.Receiving, and sending vehicles to and from other locations. Also Scanning, Organizing, and Reconciling all of the vehicles including finding missing units.Multiple cosmetic inspections to uphold exceptional quality.

Responsible for opening, and closing the restaurant.Other duties entailed counting and recording the cash requesters, ordering supplies such as cooking and cleaning suppliesManaging a team on 10-15 workers responsible for interact with customers, preparing daily orders, and preparations needed for the next day.
