- Oversight over all accounting functions for the St. Louis Blues and Enterprise Center including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance and cash management - Compile all monthly and annual financial statements for all entities on both an individual and consolidated basis- Complete all NHL reporting items, audits, etc.- Complete event settlements with promoters and other tenants- Ensure appropriate practices, systems and internal controls are in place to establish and verify the integrity and accuracy of financial operations, safeguarding of Company assets, and business processes to support the timely and accurate reporting of financial information and the overall success of the organization.- Responsible for preparation and review of schedules to support the year-end audit with the Company’s outside auditors.

- Oversight over all day-to-day and monthly finance and accounting activities- Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis and present to ownership.- Assist in contract, union labor, property, casualty and event insurance negotiations as well as review of sponsorship and loge box agreements.- Prepare, maintain and present annual budgeting and forecasting.- Established and maintain an effective controls environment to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of our operations and financial statements.- Serve as the lead contact for the annual tax filing procedures working closely with our third-party providers.- Provide regular direction, feedback and support to all of my team members and staff with the goal of improving our quality of work and the overall performance of the company- Complete event settlements with with promoters and other tenants.
