Co-founded Asians in Talent Acquisition. Mission: To build community for Asians in Talent Acquisition and empower members of the community to develop a feel a sense of belonging through fostering inclusion, raising awareness and amplifying Asian voices.

I currently operate similarly to a Chief of Staff for the VP of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Talent Acquisition. Supporting an organization of 500 individuals, I lean in on all things Budget, Headcount, Strategy, Culture, Communications, Rhythm of Business--partnering closely with our VP and Leadership Team to ensure we are bringing the best possible talent to Microsoft through empowering the incredible work of our recruiters and sourcers.

I worked to increase representation and strengthen a culture of inclusion in a 1600 person organization at Microsoft. Created and implemented D&I plans with over 15 teams in the organization to foster a culture of inclusion and ensure consistent D&I capability building. This included robust organizational analysis, strategic planning, and collaboration with HR partners and business leaders. Designed and managed two diversity development programs within the organization intended to retain, and develop critical talent that is diverse in skills and backgrounds. My scope of work included: setting program strategy/success measures, curriculum design, overseeing senior leadership engagement, communications/budget management, participant engagement.Led retention efforts of critical diverse talent with a focus on building manager capability and empowering career conversations and career development planning.

I worked to continuously ensure the development of employees ranging from senior leaders to retail employees. In partnership with Microsoft's Venture Capital Fund, M12, I co-created the M12 Entrepreneur Adviser Program- An initiative that matches senior leaders at Microsoft as advisers with start-up organizations in the M12 portfolio. Through the initiative, leaders are provided a unique development opportunity to gain valuable customer perspective in the start-up ecosystem while portfolio organizations benefit from the advising of industry leaders. The symbiotic focus of the initiative collectively accelerates business impact and return on investment. In creating pathways for retail workers to transition to corporate roles, I worked to enhance the onboarding and orientation experience for over 100 retail-to-corporate employees. My scope of work included managing communications, creating onboarding content, coordinating internal mentors/volunteers, and empowering managers.

• Teaching Assistant for 15 different professors across 3 across departments at both graduate and undergraduate level.• Directed all 6 undergraduate Human Resources teaching assistants in executing course improvement strategies. • Enabled curriculum improvements by leveraging feedback platform from over 600 students resulting in significant course modification and enhancement of student experience.• Initiated mentorship with international and underperforming students to identify action steps for improvement, resulting in a 15% average increase in exam scores.Courses: 1.
