In my 8 years as a licensed Realtor/Broker I've been the recipient of 7 different national sales awards. Since October of 2008 and the stock market crash we all experienced, many people using real estate to augment their investment portfolio. Prior to selling real estate my position at Domtar had me managing 70 employees and several production units. Problems were solved using Kizan problem solving techniques, capturing ideas from the shop floor, building upon them and executing a plan to bring them to fruition. In 2006 Domtar announced its Cornwall mill closure and I managed the work force until the last day the mill was open. I later delivered a formal speech to 200 Toastmasters and community leaders about the experience of motivating employees to continue to do their work safely and efficiently while faced with pending unemployment and uncertainty.My 2013 goal is to provide my sphere of influence of relevant real estate information that will allow them to make the best possible decision.Specialties: Investment property for the small to medium investor.
