• Continue to lead the resource team from Guangzhou and Malaysia to support the Distribution Management System(DMS) for all FWD countries.
• Starting from 2020, worked as the IT PM to coordinate all the system development team for the IFA channel setup in Singapore. In this role, I need to heavily involve in all the system integration design and review.
• Apart from the coordination, I also act as IT lead for Sales Tool and DMS. In this role, I need to manage the vendor as well as the Group IT team for delivery.
• We finally launch the project in 7 months time.
• Currently is supporting the BAU projects for the IFA channels as well as newcountry setup.
• I need to act as the 1st line support for the Sales Tool at this moment.

• Liase with the vendor to rollout the Distribution Management System(DMS) for Thailand, Japan and Vietnam.
• With my previous expertise on the system, I need to work on all the integrations within the system as well as reviewing system configuration delivered by the vendor. Ensuring all the deliverables are given with quality.
• Focus on setting up a Group resource team in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Malaysia to take over the Distribution Management System support from the vendor.
• There're 3 sub-teams report to me supporting 7 countries so far.
• Apart from DMS, I also need to setup a team to support the Sales Tool in Japan.Therefore, a small team was also setup in Japan in order to make the communication more effective.

• After the 1st successful launch in Indonesia, I have started to lead a sub-team to manage the Sales Tool, Sales Portal and Distribution Management System implementation for the 2nd country.
• We need to take care of all the integration as well as managing the vendor and internal resource for almost all the Front-end systems' delivery.
• We need to take the requirement from the users, refine their requirement according to the system behavior in order to achieve the goal, which is launch all the Life system within a short period of time.
• Finally, we have the 2nd country implementation done in 7 months.

• At the very beginning, I was still continue to work for the ING, which acquired by FWD in 2013, to support the local system development support.
• All these supports are mainly BAU activities.
• Starting from mid-2013, I was transferred to a share service team to support theLife System launch for new country.
• Because of my experience before working on the Distribution ManagementSystem, I was chosen to be one of the member to support this system launch forthe 1st country.
• I need to work with the vendor on all the user requirement collection,integration design.
• Apart from that, I also need to work on the system integration test, supportingUAT and documentation.
