Currently manage a team of 13 Business Analysts within Mortgage Default and Mortgage Servicing.My team is in charge of all reporting, which includes but is not limited to, Credit Analysis, Non-Accruals, Substandard, Delinquency, Loss Mitigation, FNMA (STAR, ASDF, DMRS), FHLMC, Foreclosure, and Post-Foreclosure (Claims, Charge Offs, REO). This can include building the reports from scratch, creating the reporting on a go forward basis and analyzing the data to present to executive management.My team also has the responsibility to manage CCAR Reporting for the federal government. This includes ensuring the data is getting to the correct groups to report and ensuring that the data is being input into the system of record correctly for accurate reporting.Other responsibilities include maintaining the Non Accrual and Loss Recognition Policy for Default Mortgage, creating SQL applications for use of the different default areas, any conversion related activities as they pertain to the mortgage department and mapping exercises as it pertains to IT code and ensuring on time delivery of reporting.

Worked with the Loss Mitigation Administrative Team to create reporting to ensure timely delivery of all aspects of Loss Mitigation. I was tasked with creating monthly reporting for management to ensure all Loss Mitigation Packages were reviewed within regulatory guidelines. Also, created capacity models and processor level reporting to ensure adequate staffing for our current portfolio size.In early 2013, moved to a different reporting team and was in charge of all Credit Analysis, Non Accrual, and Delinquency Reporting for Mortgage Default. I streamlined the process and created guides for all of my reporting responsibilities. Was tasked with maintaining the MSP system and assisted with system audits, system testing and other IT related functions.I was also involved with the Default Mortgage CCAR process as well as any conversions that needed to be handled by Default Mortgage.

Worked with Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure Departments to streamline communication process between the departments. Sent all Hold, Postpone, Close and Resume Tasks to the Foreclosure department for active foreclosures.Worked with attorneys directly on mediations as it related to Loss Mitigation Workouts. Worked with attorneys to sign documents and ensure all customers were afforded the ability to seek Loss Mitigation assistance if qualified.Pulled Ad-Hoc reporting to ensure MSP System codes were correct at all times and manipulated the system to ensure this as well. Pulled reporting for management to make critical business decisions regarding Loss Mitigation Workouts.
