Cheshire ICT service currently provides a range of Information, Communications and Technology services to 92 GP practices, 2 PCT HQ functions, 2 Provider Service organisations and an acute hospital in Cheshire.In November 2008 I began working as a contract Business Analyst for Cheshire ICT Service. My job role was to provide Business Analysis Support for the Head of ICT service development. I was involved with scoping and documenting a number of key projects as well as providing Business Process and system support for the Mental Health Team.Key Achievements•Defined requirements and produced documentation for a number of key projects, ranging from a mobile training suite (£7,000k) to a community infrastructure upgrade (£175,000) •Re-engineered business processes of Mental Health Team. •Effectively managed stakeholder groups and system suppliers for a number of key projects.•Devised 2009/2010 Action Plan for various Information Governance Toolkit requirements.

In February 2007 I was promoted to manager of the Community Information Systems Project team which I had been working in for the past 12 months.It was now my responsibility to be the sole Business Analyst and Project Manager for any new systems which were to be installed across the Community Services along with other responsibilities. I had a heavy Business involvement in The Software Development Life Cycle of new installations. My first role within Liverpool Primary Care Trust was as an IT trainer. My primary focus was on The Emis PCS clinical System but I held Microsoft Office training sessions.
