Lead Project Manager of Jubilee Line Power Upgrade 2 - Detailed Design and Build of the 11kV and 22kV substation upgrades necessary to facilitate the Mayor's new Jubilee Line timetable. This includes the upgrade of North Greenwich, Canada Water, Redcross Way and Stratford substations.Responsibilities include:Plan and manage JLU2, utilising company processes and working to corporate standards, to ensure delivery of intended LU business benefits.Provide direction and supervision to assigned Project or Assistant Project Manager(s) and supporting staff in accomplishing agreed project objectives.Establish and maintain a good, professional and pro-active working relationship with Contractor’s project management team, to ensure delivery of intended LU business benefits.Within agreed authority levels, negotiate, procure and authorise all major project contracts and variations and approve and authorise all payment to meet value for money criteria.Establish and maintain a highly motivated and dedicated major project team including LU staff, agency personnel and contractors.

Lead Project Manager of Sub Surface Railway (SSR) Power Upgrade Package 3B - Design and Build of the 11kV and 22kV substation upgrades necessary to facilitate the delivery of the new S7 Stock train. This included the detailed design and new build of Triangle Sidings 22kV substation as well as the upgrade of Chiswick Pk, Shepherd's Bush & Putney Bridge 11kV/22kV substations. Detailed Design and Installation of all associated Fibre Optic, 11kV & 22kV cabling.Lead Project Manager of Sub Surface Railway Power Upgrade Package 6 - 132kV connection of Griffith House Bulk Supply Point to the National Grid. These upgrades provide the HV Power necessary to facilitate the replacement of the current LU SSR signalling system and rolling stock.Lead Project Manager of LU Sustainable Sourcing Programme Feasibility study into 22kV connection to SELCHP.
