I am an energetic and ambitious person with over 13 years’ experience in the education and private sector. I have a mature and responsible approach to all tasks and projects I undertake or situation I am presented with. My responsibilities in different organisations allow me to competently plan, deliver and monitor a variety of projects and initiatives within deadlines, on budget and to high standards. I am an excellent communicator who is able to negotiate with stakeholders in different – and sometimes demanding circumstances. I enjoy working with others and am comfortable working as part of a team or leading a team.I believe in 'life long learning' and have a passion for enabling people to develop their own skills, understanding and knowledge through engaging and challenging learning programmes, and believe everyone can achieve their full potential with the correct coaching and mentoring.I have a broad and thorough strategic, commercial and practical understanding of training and development, e-learning, distance learning, coaching, mentoring, account management and consulting. I am able to draw on experience from both the private and public sector.I love my family and know that my two children help keep me feeling young. I enjoy gardening, the outdoors, walking my dog and all kinds of music.
