As an approver of new and ongoing facilities, the assessment and appreciation of the commercial and financial environment in which customers operate is central to my role. This ranges from the need to understand and review the analysis of management and financial information and reasonableness of underlying assumptions behind budgets to the impact of macroeconomic factors e.g. Brexit.
