Technical Account Manager
CurrentMaintain and organize account correspondence to ensure proper follow up. Develope relationships and conduct high level meetings to ensure customer needs are being met. Assist in troubleshooting, ticketing, and answering question in regards to products. Verify all billing and answer customer inquiries in regards to invoices. Provides and explains reports as well as ideas to mitigate loss as part of the management cycle. De-escalates issues and provides clear explanations as needed for client retention. Assists in on boarding and maintains a large book of client accounts.
