Esoteric Audio was a well respected company supplying premium quality audio cables. They decided to move into the electronics field as part of a strategic move. I was hired to set up design and manufacturing of Esoteric Audio's performance amplifier and electronics division. A dedicated team was systematically built up across several disciplines, engineering, purchasing, operations, warehousing to achieve this goal. First products were shipped within 12 months to much applause from the industry and press and retailers.

Hired at PPI to develop a high performance, high power line of subwoofers for after market mobile audio applications. Developed two lines of subwoofers in the range of 8" to 15", grounds up design. Was instrumental in forming all vendor relationships. Designed in house production facility capable of delivering over 1000 units per month of hand built very high performance drivers with a dedicated small production and test crew.
