Network Engineer
Current-Provide tier 1 support to 500+ theaters nationwide, on call for after-hours issues.-Maintain workload of break/fix issues through Ivanti ticketing system.-Upkeep of LANs, including SD-WAN, Cisco switches and ASA’s, Fortinet switches and FortiGates, MoJo wireless APs, Polytouch Zoom phones, and POTS lines.-Internal customer support via inbound phone calls/group inbox emails and daily ticket resolution with external vendors.-Oversight of projects including LCM upgrades of CSWs, DSWs, and DFWs at 350+ locations and Polytouch deployment of 500+ locations.
