iQ Student Accommodation (iQSA) is one of the largest private student accommodation operators in the UK. iQSA was jointly owned by Goldman Sachs and The Wellcome Trust and sold to Blackstone in February 2020 for £4.7bn.Lead the rapid growth of iQ from 5000 beds (£600m) in 2015 to over 28,000 beds including the merger of iQ with Goldman Sachs Prodigy Living portfolio in 2016 and the acquisition of the £900m Pure student business in 2017. Member of the executive team responsible for the design and implementation of iQ’s class leading platform, branding and growth strategy with responsibilities for financial leadership, shareholder management, financial planning, multi jurisdiction tax, treasury, and technology with a team of c.40 finance and 14 IT professionals.

Trillium was established in 1997 with backing from Goldman Sachs' Whitehall and sold to Land Securities in late 2000. ➢ Led the Trillium finance team creating the Telereal joint venture and acquiring £2.4bn property portfolio from British Telecom. Included raising £2.2bn financing via £1.8bn securitisation and £400m bank facility.
