The President & CEO represents the Chamber’s philosophy, policy positions, programs and services to members and the community. The position manages staff and volunteer resources and responds to all member needs. The President & CEO strengthens governance & management for the organization, provides strategic and operational guidance, and supports and encourages high performance in all aspects of the organization and not for profit management; Primary focus areas include the development of strategy for volunteer leaders in the areas of governance, political advocacy, membership, and workforce and professional development. The President & CEO engages with business industry leaders, volunteer leaders throughout the organization and community leaders to develop and drive strategy that will ultimately deliver value to our membership and our community ensuring that the organization remains high performing. The President & CEO Serves as a resource to Board members, volunteer leaders, and members, providing recommendations for strategic direction and guidance for tactical execution.
