Managing the global engineering team (400+, now @HTX). Mainly focused on system development and optimizations, cost saving, risk control and assets safety areas.

Initially worked as the technical director of Asia pacific development teams and further promoted as the head of global engineering and product team (100+) which are mainly based in US and China. Lead theteam to build the next generation low latency spot and future trading system and successfully migrated the old system to the new in house built systems.

Managed global engineering team (50+). Mainly responsible for new generation spot and futurestrading system design, development and migration.

Mainly working on Huobi 7*24 digital currencies distributed realtime trading systems.

Working as senior manager in the technology department and mainly responsible for vendor management, product and project management, system / solution design and etc. The main systems I am responsible for are the information service systems of National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) which collect, analyze bond data from all related systems such as bond issuance, book keeping, trading, market making, credit risk mitigation, information disclosure and etc, and provide insightful information service to inter-bank participants. Have participated full SDLC of those products including business negotiation with vendors, contract sign, requirement analysis, system design and development, system test, training and finally be on-line. Systems mainly use J2EE + Oracle.

Working as a system architect (1 of 4) within global data collection department (400+), mainly responsible for:• System design of the next generation exchange market data collection systems• Providing solutions for regional collection teams• Cooperating with other global teams outside data collection department as to collect requirements, define system interfaces and etc • Clarifying and coordinating big initiatives deliveries with global delivery team

• Leading a small team to develop and migrate collection value adding data (such as Thomson Reuters global stats & ranking, block ticker, suspension chain and etc) to Elektron platform (Thomson Reuters next generation low latency real time data delivery system). Within three years, the team has migrated 90+ global exchanges, including most premium feeds like NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE, TSE and etc. During those venue migrations, the team needs to closely collaborate with regional ticker developers, business analysts, project managers, content team across all three regions. Those applications are built with C++ on windows platform.• Leading a sub team to develop the generic UPA CHE for ingesting both external and internal data via UPA and publish to Elektron network with standard ERT data model. External parties include LBMA Silver FIX partnered with CME group, DELPHX and etc.• Leading a sub team to develop a key component of TR next generation contributed data (from 3rd parties) collection/delivery system for all three regions which is incorporated into Elektron platform. • Leading a sub team to develop the next generation news time (up to millisecond time stamp for latest news on related companies) system globally that is sourced by both legacy (IDN) and Elektron infrastructures.• Helped the department achieved CMMI L3 and transforming the department from traditional development mode to agile/scrum mode.

• As a lead developer, participating in the company’s next generation low latency real time data delivery system (Elektron) development when the program firstly initiates. Elektron is a global, ultra-high speed network and hosting environment that enables financial firms to access and share information faster and more cost effectively. I mainly work on the collection value adding (CVA) sub-system’s development which mainly covers calculation of instruments rankings and statistics. Mainly use C++, Perl and Python on windows platform.• Lead a sub team to develop a gate way system to source data from Elektron and output to IDN using C++. With this tactical platform, it will have substantially cost saving as avoid building software on legacy old platform but migrate again once the Elektron infrastructure is ready.

• As the key developer, participating development of next generation Global Quotes System, which was positioned to replace all legacy head-end systems. This core framework is used by all three regions ticker development team for global exchange feeds connectivity. Mainly use C++, Perl on windows platform.• Together with regional team globally, help to rolled out the newly developed Global Quotes System in Reuters’ 3 main technical centers
