Lead a team responsible for evaluating and supporting long-term strategic and short-term tactical initiatives for the Global Reservations division, with an annual operating budget of $300M. Develop planning models to forecast contact center volumes and agent staffing requirements to meet customer service goals while balancing cost considerations. Oversee the workforce planning team whose goal is to optimize the scheduling of more than 4,000 U.S.-based reservations agents across multiple lines of business and specialty functions. Collaborate with numerous stakeholders across the company (including IT, Quality Management, Digital Strategy, Automation, Labor Relations, Finance, front line leader teams, etc.) to champion continuous improvement in revenue generation and operating efficiency. Recently led an effort to identify the potential for more than $10M in annual cost savings through a restructuring and consolidation of the contact center office footprint.

Partnered with these business units to develop the business cases to justify >$30M in investments to align technologies and best practices following the AA / US Airways merger.
