- Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to market launch, overseeing a team of developers and commercialization and technical controls- Drive technical innovation, utilizing materials and manufacturing techniques to create competitive products.- Collaborate with business development to align product strategies with market demands and company goals.- Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards to ensue all products meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.- Oversee the development of prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate design integrity, functionality and performance.- Coordinate with marketing and designs to ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs.- Streamline development processes, reducing time to market and improving overall efficiency- Mainly account for new project development, confirmation and fitting approval samples of heritage group: work shoes wolverine/Hytest/Merrell Work brands, military footwear Bates brand and locomotive footwear Harley-Davidson, including new development design review, proto/ LDM/salesman samples checking, review full size of upper patterns, molds and lasts as well as product construction etc...:- Leading the teardown meeting with development, costing and factory together to discuss any potential production issue regarding to the design construction, material and performance status, which ensure will have correct direction to follow. Pro-actively engage in understanding the products early on the process and provide technical feedback as needed.- Handover list to QA: review group grading and verify SOP—standard operation procedure prepared by the factories. Collaborate with QA to ensure SOP is followed up for production and product quality is up to Company.- In charge of all related tests for the products, such as EN ISO, CSA, AS/NZS, ASTM and so on.

Mainly responsible for the upper and tooling engineering coordination of new footwear products working with the developer from get the tech package through commercialization and into production: --Leading the teardown meeting with development, costing and factory together to discuss any optential production issue regarding to the design construction, material and performance status. --Drives the commercialization process from basic size, extreme sizes to pre-production until the initial production. Bottom technical drawing review and support PD for better communication on pattern construction with designer and factory. -- Review group grading and verify SOP. --Checking the 1ST pair of production shoes to make sure its fitting, aesthetics and measurements are same as samples. --Analyze customer feedback to gain knowledge of customer reqirements for product innovation and develpoment. --People training and innovation development: enhance overall quality and finesse with factory through innovative operation and solution, as well as to ensure the experience and knowledge.--Participated in Satra Technology Centre's training, and obtained the related certificate.

Mainly responsible for acting in accordance with company needs in assigned suppliers in production and quality assurance area:--Check fitting/grading and pre-production trial with factory and technician.--Review group grading and verify SOP.--Coodinate and control all production and quality activities.--Assist technician in all technical aspects of prototypes development and commercialization phases.--Work with suppliers to improve defective product rates, shorter production lead-time, and efficient production methods.--Educate factory staff and suppliers to ensure that they are full conversant with our requirements on quality, package and business standards.

Mainly responsible for acting in accordance with Company needs in China in the product development,production and quality assurance area. Drive the commercialization process from basic size to extreme sizes to pre-production until in mass production.--Check factory's production space and performance situation.--New factory and material searching to achieve Company objective.--Train and lead team members to achieve the objectives.

As developer, manage the development schedule for new products from the receipt of package through key stages and into commercialization for causal/sports types of DKNY/PONY brands.Create the technological specifications in English.Check all raw materials from suppliers according to the developing samples, and also check and confirm material colors for confirmation samples. Handle SMU project.Take part in art work and technical requirements confirmation process together with head office.Coordinate with factories, manage project information and ensure accuracy; daily follow up with suppliers to fulfill the time table of the development.Checking quotations are negotiated and obtained to achieve business objectives.Ensure timely and up to requirements arrival of prototypes, salesmen and confirmation samples.
