I graduated from the Taiwan University of Science and Technology with a master in IM.After two years in the army, I went to the Matsushita Institute, a Japanese company, to develop a Chinese speech synthesis system. In 1998, I had the opportunity to join tsmc for the Y2K project.After that, the Information Management of semiconductor manufacturing become my field.In tsmc, I completed the Y2K project for all company-wide software/hardware , achieving zero impact for customers. Then, I deployed an EDA (Engineering Data Analysis) system in Fab6 and got the employee of the month award in 2001.In 2004, I left tsmc for family reasons and joined a startup company, called Inotera.My first job at Inotera was to be a FDC project manager to collaborate with users, vendors and our co-development partner - ITRI. After the FDC project, I wanted to learn more about yield improvement, so, I initiated a team to provide on-site support for PE members to solve their yield analysis problems by IT solutions. In 2012, I became a department manager managing Fab operation data and reports.We developed a lot of helpful reports for PIP projects to improve Fab productivity. In 2014, F11 kicked off Big Data project. Besides the Big Data Project, we also undertook a logical data warehouse project to consolidate our data and reports. Beginning in 2015, we made BI dashboards by Tableau. I would like to share my hobbies with you.I like to have travel with my family when I am on vacation.We have been to a lot of different countries with my wife and daughters.And we always enjoy the wonderful time we spend together.I like to read different kind of books and I also like to read books to my daughters.I like to do some fitness to keep myself healthy.In the last two years, I have lost about 10 kilograms through a body balance, a fitness program at the gym.I like to collect antique tin toys especially tin robots.I also like to watch American TV series to learn English.
