Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Gather LM BUs requirement for developing LM Mobile. 2. Gather LM BUs requirement for developing LM Portal. 3. System administrator of IDMR system [E-Lesser Check Sheet]. 4. Communicate with Vendor for daily operation support. 5. Arrange UAT meeting and go through scenario with BUs. 6. Gather feedback from production and bug fix with IT. 7. Assist IT to procedure user guide for new system. 8. Assist Technical Training for Train the Trainers of each BUs.

Technical publication revision checking before audit. 18. Present technical publication manual system to different auditors. 19. Handling daily operation of Technical Publication Centre. 20. Provide technical support of aircraft maintenance system. 21. Provide trouble shooting of aircraft maintenance system. 22. Supervising, training, instructing and coaching junior staffs. 23. Section leader of 5S projects handling for business improvement in Technical Services Department. 24. Handling Lean projects with different departments.
