Resulting library analysis led to successful marketing of the Caris ADAPT platform to independent pharmaceutical as novel diagnostic tool.• Used the Caris ADAPT platform to successfully discriminate between cancer cell subtypes from the same lineage, proving that ADAPT is a powerful research tool.
