Developing and managing a standardised approach across all products for the finished product Production Planning process on all 3 production sites. Being the main point of contact between Operations and Sales to ensure plans align to commercial budget, forecast and scheduled demand/order profile. Determine key KPIs and use these to drive improvements within Supply Chain. Liaising with Sales and Operations to recommend and maintain optimal stock levels in order to achieve customer satisfaction and mitigate stock outs. Developing the integration between planning and other operational areas to optimise performance in schedule attainment, adherence and on time delivery. Analyse supply and demand issues and facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain. Work closely with customer service and sales to ensure that customers are notified of delays or outages ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction.
