Steve has worked in the real estate and financial services industry for the past 30 + years. He has developed both residential and commercial real estate with a special emphasis in the health care industry. He has participated in the development and construction of numerous commercial and medical facilities throughout the United States. Including, ambulatory surgery centers, medical office facilities, industrial and office facilities. Steve specializes in joint ventures with all types of partners, including commercial businesses, hospitals, physician and other groups to provide wealth enhancement opportunities to all partners. In addition, he works with debt and equity sources to secure the most favorable financing for his projects and partners. Steve also frequently works as an owner’s representative providing strategic real estate advice to his client and partners.
