Network Performance Manager (North America)
CurrentTasked with the mission of motivating, supporting, and inspiring franchisees to excel in AUV growth, membership acquisition/retention, revenue generation, and delivering world-class fitness experiences. This role involves providing ongoing business coaching, operational advice, and using F45 systems to monitor and improve studio performance while ensuring compliance. It also includes conducting ongoing KPI management to align franchisee performance with brand standards, guiding market awareness and lead outreach strategies, and establishing systems for managing and identifying issues within the franchise network. Cross-functional collaboration with other F45 HQ departments and the global F45 team is essential to create training materials, standard operating procedures, and awareness campaigns.
