Involved in or responsible for: program development and implementation, customer satisfaction, outcome management systems, license and accreditations, staff development and training, budget development; P/L monitoring, and staff liaison to the Policy Board.ACHIVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS:-Proposed, planned and developed a therapeutic school for children with autism, generating additional millions of dollars of revenue per year and providing the agency with a program that is one of the best in the state.-Planned and developed a pediatric out- patient service which expanded and stabilized the children services program, for the agency.-Developed new private pay model of services for adults with disabilities, balancing loss in other service area for an agency.-Authored and co-authored multiple grants, obtaining new revenue which included SBC, UPS, Coleman Foundation., Community Memorial Foundation, Children’s Care Foundation and other funders.- Developed and managed a free standing neuro rehab facility, from ground zero, in the black by the third month, reaching a 30% profit margin by the third year.- Developed an array of clinical services to complement the niche core service of a company, including: multi site transitional apartment programs, a CORF, private therapeutic school for children with TBI, specialized community residential and community support programs, specialized vocational product lines, all showing profit within the first year.- Received 100% on all surveys for children and adult programs, Received “exemplary”, on a national level, from national accreditation- CARF Show less
