Identified areas for improvement in billing, reducing revenue leakage by changing procedures and clarifying responsibilities regarding storage on-charges.initiated cross training of staff to cover annual leave and other absences. HJA is the parent company for a group of 7 companies.AchievementsActive contributor within the ELT. Participated in strategic review producing SWOT analysisImplementation of a new ERP software package across the Group. The project was completed with minimal disruption, on time and on budget.Continuous improvements to the reporting systems have enhanced efficiencies with data entry. Sales Rep budgets are now uploaded from Excel in two hours, saving 4 operators 5 days of data entry.Improved timeliness of the monthly reporting package by 14 days.
